The Romanian border and Vama Veche is only an hour from Varna. With an international airport 20 minutes away and regular train services to Bucharest, Moscow, Kiev, Prague, Krakow and beyond. If you prefer to travel at a more leisurely pace why not catch the ferry to Odessa in the Ukraine or Poti in Georgia.
